Diacriticism website

“Combining Diacritical Marks” are a set of Unicode characters that can be attached to other characters. Perhaps the most commonly-known diacritic is the acute accent (́ ) but there are a whole bunch of them and you can abuse Unicode to decorate your text in usual ways.

For example, the diacritical mark of two dots placed above or below a character can be combined with the arching “tie” diacritical to create little happy faces.

Is this Really Feeling?

This website allows a user to type some text into a field and choose from a list of presets which add different combining diacritical marks to their string. The user can then copy the Unicode string for use elsewhere, whether in a text editor or image editor or perhaps in social media.
