Food for thought for later. For now, I should try out this tileset on an actual level. I have a sneaking suspicion the scale is gonna be very off.
Rebuilding a Level #
Alright. I would say that works.
Setting up the collisions on the tiles is pretty tedious. Glad I only have to do that once (or maybe twice). Hopefully I don’t have to redo the tiling because of how art works or something crazy like that. That would suck.
In case you’re wondering, for each tile on the left, I need to select it, then add each of the points. With snap to grid it’s quite a bit easier but still not very fun.
That reminds me, one of the things I wanted to check is whether the laser going “into” the wall slightly looks bad and whether the low fidelity to the rounded corners looks okay.
